In a recent survey held by the RocketLevel product team, it was found that NAPA TRACS is one of the most commonly used shop management systems for our CarCareCONNECT customers. With this insight in mind, and in a constant effort to better support our loyal auto repair customers, we are excited to announce an official integration between RocketLevel and NAPA TRACS.
The RocketLevel + NAPA TRACS connector seamlessly pulls contacts from the NAPA TRACS database and syncs them directly into the RocketLevel platform. This can be configured to happen one time (on demand), or to sync automatically every hour.
This new integration opens up many marketing opportunities for CarCareCONNECT customers who are currently using NAPA TRACS. Some of these benefits include:
- Asking for online reviews and referrals from customers
- Sending mass promotions to loyal customers
- Keeping customers consistently updated by sending e-newsletters
